Mushroom Rice recipe (Side Dish)


Yield: 4 servings

1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 can (10.5 ounce) condensed French onion soup
1 can (10.5 ounce) beef broth
1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
¼ cups butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine rice, onion soup, beef broth, mushrooms and butter in an 8x8 inch casserole dish.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 60 minutes.
