Marzetti recipe (Pasta)


Yield: 8 servings

lb ground chuck
cups chopped celery
1/3 cups chopped onion
¾ teaspoons salt
8 oz package medium noodles
16 oz can tomatoes
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
some   Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Brown meat, celery and onion together until vegetables are tender. Drain fat drippings. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Combine meat mixture with drained noodles, tomatoes, undrained mushrooms and salt. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
