Marinated Mushrooms recipe (Snack)


1 lb fresh mushrooms
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¾ cups dry white wine
teaspoons dry white wine
some   cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoons dried oregano
¼ cups fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Place mushrooms in a glass or earthenware bowl.

Mix together remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 min.

Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for several hr. or overnight.
