Lemon and Chicken Pasta recipe (Pasta)

450 g cooked chicken
350 g pasta
25 g flour
1 tablespoon French mustard
150 ml single cream
300 ml chicken stock
½   lemon
some   salt and pepper
25 g butter

Chop the chicken into small pieces. Cook pasta. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook, stirring for 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in stock gradually. Place pan back on heat bring to boil, stirring all the time until thickened.
Next add the French mustard, cream, lemon juice and rind to the sauce, season to taste, and heat gently. Drain pasta, serve in dishes, pour sauce over pasta.
