Knoephla recipe (Soup)


8 cups chicken broth
1   medium carrot, sliced
2   medium potatoes, diced
some   salt and pepper
2   stalks celery, diced, opt
2 tablespoons butter
stiff dough
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1   egg
½ cups water or milk

How to make knoephla soup

Cook all ingredients until tender.

Mix together to make stiff dough. Cut with scissors into boiling soup. Cook for ten minutes or until done.

Heat 1 ½ c. half and half and add to soup. Serve hot.
