Honey-glazed dorado recipe (Fish)


4   dorado fillets
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon orange zest

Combine honey, balsamic vinegar and orange zest. Brush the glaze on four dorado fillets and bake at 220°C for 10 min. Brush with glaze again halfway through cooking time.
