Ham Fritters recipe (Breakfast)


Yield: 6 servings

8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
2   medium eggs, beaten
2 cups cooked ham, ground
¾ cups flour
½ cups milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
some   vegetable oil

In a bowl, combine the flour and the baking powder.

Mix in the eggs; then gradually add the milk.

Stir in the ham and the crushed pineapple.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan; then spoon quarter-cupfuls of the mixture into the oil to brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve.
