Grilled Portobello Mushrooms recipe (Lunch)


6   portobello mushrooms
6 tablespoons chopped onion
8   minced cloves garlic
½ cups canola oil
8 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps on a plate with the gills up. Combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour. Grill over hot grill for 10 min.
