Grilled Lemon-Garlic Elk Steaks recipe (Meat)


2 lb elk steaks
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
2   cloves garlic
some   ground ginger
some   onion powder
some   pepper

Place steaks in a large bag. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and pour mixture over meat, cover and place in refrigerator for 6-12 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Place steaks on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
