Glazed Salmon With Broccoli and Rice recipe (Fish)

YOU'LL NEED
Yield: 4 servings

4   skinless salmon fillet
1   red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
some   salt and pepper
¼ cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup white rice
2 cups broccoli

Instructions

Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and soy sauce. Set aside. Cook the rice, stirring in the broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Let the rice and broccoli stand off the heat about 5 min. Place the salmon and onion on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the oil and salt and pepper. Broil about 10 min., spooning half the soy sauce glaze over the fish during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
