Fish Tacos recipe (Fish)


Yield: 4 servings

1 lb tilapia fillets
½ cups shredded carrots
¼ cups sliced red onions
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
8   small flour tortillas
1   diced plum tomato
½   avocado
¼ cups light sour cream
1   green onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
some   salt and papper
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoons dried oregano

Combine oil, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper; add fish and turn to coat. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once about 5 minutes.
Combine carrot, red onion and lime juice. In separate small bowl, combine sour cream, coriander and green onion.
Break fish into chunks; divide among tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture, carrot mixture, tomato and avocado.
