Elk Jerky recipe (Meat)

Ingredients

  ground elk
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
some   salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoons garlic powder
¼ cups Worcestershire sauce
¼ cups soy sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Place between two sheets of wax paper and roll out to 1/8 inch. Cut in strips 2x4 inches. Place on baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in oven at 150°C for 8-12 hrs.
