Egg Nog recipe (Drink)


6   Eggs
¾ cups Sugar
1 pint Cream
1 oz Jamaican Rum
½ pints Whiskey
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Beat egg whites and yokes separately. Add ½ cup sugar to the yokes while beating. Add ¼ cup sugar to whites after they have been beaten stiff. Fold the two egg mixtures into the cream and add the alcohol. Stir thoroughly and chill. Sprinkle with nutmeg when serving.
