Easy Baked Ocean Perch recipe (Fish)


Yield: 4 servings

lb ocean perch fillets
1 cup crushed French fried onions
2/3 cups Ranch dressing
½   lemon

Preheat oven to temperature 425°F. Dip fish fillets in dressing to coat. Place on baking pan and sprinkle with crushed dried onions. Bake 12-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
