Christmas Fish Pie recipe (Pie)


Yield: 6 servings

500 g cod
500 g salmon
500 g puff pastry
500 g onion
30 g butter
some   dill
some   parsley
1   egg
some   salt
some   pepper

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions; cook and stir until tender, 5 to 10 minutes, add dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Put salmon fillet on the first half of puff pastry, then put on this fried onion, then cod fillet and the second half of puff pastry. Grease with egg.

Bake in preheated oven about 25 minute, or until top has browned.
