Chicken Pasta with Bacon and Mushrooms recipe (Pasta)
Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions until cooked but firm to bite. Drain the pasta once it is cooked.
While the pasta is boiling, slice and dice the tomatoes, green and red peppers, and mushrooms.
Pour the cooking oil into a saucepan and heat it. Add in the bacon and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes. Add in the cooked chicken pieces, the cream of mushroom and grated cheddar cheese. Season with the salt and black pepper. Add the chunky sauce to the pasta and mix well. Top with more grated cheese.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
