Chicken Cavatelli recipe (Pasta)

Yield: 6 servings

8 oz cubed chicken-breast halves
¼ cups olive oil
2   minced cloves garlic
14 oz Italian-style tomatoes
cups broccoli florets
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon dried basil
some   cayenne pepper
8 oz cavatelli pasta
½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta using package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken and garlic in hot olive oil about 6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add tomatoes, broccoli, broth, butter, basil and cayenne pepper to chicken mixture and mix well. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Combine pasta and chicken mixture in a large bowl and toss to mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
