Cauliflower Casserole recipe (Casserole)


2 lb Cauliflower
8 oz Cream cheese
8   slices Bacon
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
some   salt
8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese

Steam cauliflower until very soft.
Cook bacon till crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Preheat oven to 375° F. Beat cream cheese with chives, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper till combined. Add cauliflower, and beat with mixer until only small chunks remain. Fold in cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake until bubbly and top begins to brown, about 30 minutes.
