Carrot Raisin Salad recipe (Salad)


Yield: 6 servings

3   large carrots, shredded
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
¼ cups finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
½ cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
½ teaspoons white sugar
¼ teaspoons salt

In a medium bowl, combine shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts, celery, and coconut. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Stir dressing into carrot mixture.

Chill a few hours before serving.
