Buckwheat porridge with milk recipe (Breakfast)


300 g buckwheat
300 ml milk
some   salt
some   water
some   sugar
some   butter

Pour the buckwheat into a pan containing a small amount of water. Add salt and bring to the boil. Add milk and cook until soft. Put scoops of the porridge on a plate and sprinkle with a little of the milk. Douse in melted butter and dust with sugar.
