Basic Stir Fry recipe (Meat)


1 lb lean pork
1 cup carrots
1 cup kohlrabi
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup celery
2   onion
1 cup cabbage
1 cup sugar peas
some   ginger
1 cup broth

Over medium high heat, fry garlic and ginger in oil; add meat and fry until cooked through. Remove meat. In additional oil, fry vegetables 4-6 minutes. Add meat, broth and sauces and bring to a boil. Add corn flour mixture to thicken. Serve over rice.
