Baked Lamb Chops recipe (Meat)


Yield: 6 servings

6   large potatoes
6   lamb chops
some   water
1   onion
some   salt and pepper

Peel and slice potatoes. Put them in a flat, open baking pan. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cold water. Place chops on top and lightly salt to taste. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
