Asiago Sauce recipe (Sauce)


Yield: 4 servings

1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
¼ cups flour
2 cups milk

Place flour in a saucepan; gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk. Place over medium heat and cook about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until melted.
