Indigenous resources were the only ingredients for early humans who played in the kitchen. It is a significant coincidence for all ancient recipes. It is the changes that have happened thru history that molds the recipe to become a "standard". Until then, feel free to play in our kitchen and post a favorite recipe or challenge any recipe you wish. have some fun in an original Chicago-style, Italian Men's Club. http://men-cooking.takeashare.com
